I’m an Project Manager with 8+ years in tech industry who transitioned from Product Design to Project and Product Management. I turn strategy into shipped outcomes, aligning business goals, user needs, and engineering execution to deliver on time and within scope.

My approach blends design thinking with rigorous project governance: clear roadmaps and prioritized backlogs, Agile/Scrum ceremonies that drive momentum, and transparent stakeholder communication. I lead cross‑functional teams through the full SDLC with strong risk, quality, and change management to protect timelines and SLAs.

I’ve delivered across SaaS, e‑commerce, media, and government platforms (including products reaching 10M+ monthly users). I also founded and led Uttu, a fashion brand inspired by Azerbaijani heritage, owning product, manufacturing, brand, e‑commerce, and content. In the 2025 relaunch, I modernized designs, improved production, rebuilt the online platform, and launched a growth‑focused content strategy.

Currently, I'm working towards my PMP and CAPM certifications, and I’m excited to apply my design expertise and project management skills to lead teams and deliver impactful results.
